With a degree in Managerial Economics from UC Davis, Leon blends business, marketing, and real estate expertise with a deep-rooted passion for interior design and architecture. Known for his ability to zoom out to the big picture while mastering the smallest design details, Leon brings a rare kind of leadership—equal parts grounded and visionary.
Leon is on a mission to transform how homes are built: more accessibly, more transparency, and always with soul. He’s focused on giving clients the best return on their investment while delivering quality that feels anything but standard.
One of Leon’s greatest strengths is his knack for finding the right talent and building teams with real synergy. Diana Coleman brings a rare combination of creative talent, construction know-how, and strategic marketing expertise to Luma Dwellings—making her a cornerstone of the brand’s voice, vision, and growth.
Raised in a family of contractors and tradespeople, Diana has been immersed in the world of homebuilding from a young age. That background shines through in her work—not just in her design sensibility, but in her willingness to get her hands dirty. Whether she’s pulling nails from subfloors, meticulously painting cabinetry, laying tile, or experimenting with Roman Clay, Diana is at her best when she’s physically involved in the creative process. Her refined eye and hands-on approach bring warmth, precision, and personality to every project.
As our Interior Designer and Client Liaison, Diana helps homeowners bring their vision to life—guiding finish selections, offering thoughtful design solutions, and ensuring every space is both functional and beautiful. She’s also the face and voice of Luma Dwellings online, leading our content creation and social media presence across platforms like Instagram and Facebook. Comfortable in front of the camera and behind it, she shares the story of each build with authenticity, creativity, and style.
Diana also produces and hosts the Luma Dwellings podcast, where she interviews architects, contractors, and tradespeople—offering behind-the-scenes insight into the homebuilding process and bridging the gap between industry professionals and everyday homeowners.
