This license permits Luma Dwellings to engage in home improvement sales, client representation, design coordination, project planning, and facilitation of construction services through licensed professionals.
2. Licensed Professionals We Work With
To deliver a full turnkey experience while meeting all California licensing requirements, Luma Dwellings works directly with fully licensed and vetted professionals in their respective scopes.
2.1 Architectural Design Services
All architectural design services associated with Luma Dwellings projects are performed in collaboration with a California-licensed architect:
